1. Inspection & Fiber Identification

We begin by carefully inspecting your rug. Identify the material (wool, silk, synthetic, blends). Check for stains, fading, damage, or color instability. Choose the safest and most effective cleaning method for your rug

 

2. Dry Soil Removal

Rugs can trap pounds of dry soil and dust. We use powerful vacuuming and gentle beating techniques to remove dry particles before any moisture touches the rug. This helps prevent abrasion and ensures a more effective clean.

 

3. Pre-Treatment & Spot Cleaning

We apply a fabric-safe pre-treatment across the entire rug, not just in visible spots. Breaks down oils, dirt, and tough stains. Customized spot treatment for pet stains, wine, coffee, or high-traffic areas

 

4. Full Soak Washing & Agitation 

We use our commercial size wash floor where we will flood the rug with clean water and use the appropriate shampoo and do a gentle scrub.

 

5. Rinse & Controlled Extraction

We rinse using fiber-appropriate methods, including Low-moisture extraction for delicate rugs, Thorough flushing for synthetic or sturdier materials. Our tools extract deeply embedded soils while preventing over-wetting, shrinking, or dye migration.

 

6. Grooming & Drying

We groom the rug fibers to restore their natural texture and alignment. Rugs are then dried in a controlled environment or carefully hung with proper airflow to prevent mildew and color issues.

 

7. Optional Fiber Protector

We offer an advanced rug protector that helps prevent future staining, reduces wear from foot traffic, and keeps your rug looking cleaner, longer.

 

8. Final Inspection & Delivery

Before returning your rug or prior to customer pick-up, we perform a thorough quality check. Ensure it’s fully dry, clean, and ready for use. Wrap it for protection if not being used immediately.
