​Our Process – Step by Step

1. Appointment & Setup
   We arrive on time within a 1-hour window, then set up protective mats and corner guards to safeguard your home and furniture.
    

2. Inspection & Testing
   Each cushion is inspected for fabric type, seams, and any pre-existing issues. 
    

3. Pre-Vacuum & Debris Removal
   Cushions are thoroughly vacuumed with HEPA-grade equipment to remove dust, pet hair, and loose soil, preparing them for deep cleaning.
    

4. Spot Treatment
   Stains and problem areas are treated with fabric-safe solutions, selected specifically for the type of soil (organic, grease, etc.).
    

5. Pre-Treatment
   A gentle, residue-free cleaning solution is applied evenly across the fabric to loosen embedded soils and prepare for extraction.
    

6. Agitation & Dwell Time
   Light agitation helps work the solution into fibers, while dwell time allows it to break down soils effectively without harming delicate fabrics.
    

7. Rinse & Extraction
   Using filtered, softened water at safe temperatures, we rinse away soil and cleaning agents. Our powerful extraction equipment removes excess moisture, leaving fabrics fresh—not soggy.
    

8. Deodorize & Sanitize
   A pet- and family-safe deodorizer is applied to neutralize odors and leave cushions smelling clean and refreshed.
    

9. Controlled Drying & Fluffing
   Cushions are carefully dried with air movers and gentle heat as appropriate. We restore loft and shape through fluffing, ensuring they’re comfortable and ready for use.
    

10. Final Inspection
    Each cushion is checked for even cleaning, seams and zippers are inspected, and fibers are groomed for a uniform finish.
     

11. Optional Protection & Delivery
    We can apply a fabric protector to guard against future stains.
