A: Our minimum service charge is $300. This ensures we can bring the full level of care, equipment, and expertise to every job.

 

Q: Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
A: Yes! Pick-up and delivery are available for $25 each way (cost may vary by location). We’ll handle your carpet with the same care we bring to in-home services.

 

Q: Do I need to move furniture before cleaning?
A: We ask that small items and breakables be cleared prior to our arrival. For larger furniture, let us know in advance—we can discuss options for safely moving or working around them.
