Our Process – Step by Step

 

1. On-Time Arrival & Respectful Entry

We show up on time and ready to work, within one hour of the arrival window. Before a single hose enters your home, we carefully prepare your space:

Protective tarps are laid from the entry point to the cleaning areas. Wall corner guards are installed to prevent hose scuffs. A fabric door guard helps maintain your indoor temperature and keeps bugs and debris out. Floor protectors are placed on hardwood and sensitive surfaces.

 

2. Pre-Cleaning Vacuum

We start by dry vacuuming all carpeted areas to remove surface-level dirt and debris. This crucial step helps maximize the effectiveness of our deep cleaning process.

 

3. Customized Pre-Treatment

Depending on the carpet type, condition and issues we mix up a cleaner that best fits the situation.

 

4. Targeted Spot Treatment

Stubborn spots and high-traffic areas? We've got them covered. We use a range of specialized solutions to break down stains, oils, and buildup without damaging your carpet fibers.

5. Agitation & Dwell Time

To get deep into the carpet pile, we use mechanical agitation for heavy soils, apply manual brushing to thoroughly work the solution into every fiber then we allow 10–15 minutes of dwell time, giving our solution the time it needs to break up embedded dirt.

6. Hot Water Rinse & Powerful Extraction

Our truck-mounted system delivers a powerful rinse using: Softened, filtered water for better results hot water (200°F+) No added detergents, so there’s no sticky residue left behind. We extract using a hot water rinse to leave a clean fiber.

7. Final Touches & Walk-Through

We finish with a final grooming to lift the carpet fibers, give a uniform look, and speed up drying a walk-through with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If any spot needs extra attention, we’ll handle it on the spot.

 

8. Optional Carpet Protection

For long-lasting results, we offer a premium carpet fiber protector (stain blocker). Applied with a precision motorized sprayer and worked into the fibers, it helps prevent future staining and keeps carpets looking fresh longer.
